Thailand waives toll fees on three expressways this Dec 10 to ease holiday travel
Motorists enjoy toll-free travel as Thailand waives fees on three major expressways for Constitution Day.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Thailand’s Expressway Authority (EXAT) is offering motorists a cost-free commute today, waiving toll fees across three major expressways in celebration of Constitution Day.

The toll-free period runs for 24 hours, from 00:01 to 24:00 on December 10, covering 63 toll booths across:

Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway (Stage 1) – 21 toll plazas

Si Rat Expressway (Stage 2) – 32 toll plazas

Udon Ratthaya Expressway (Bang Pa-in – Pak Kret) – 10 toll plazas

The move aligns with government policy under the amended concession agreement between EXAT, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and North Bangkok Expressway Company Limited (NECL). The measure is intended to ease holiday traffic, reduce congestion at toll plazas, and help lighten travel expenses during the public holiday.

EXAT also urged Easy Pass users to update their information via the EXAT Portal app or www.thaieasypass.com to upgrade their cards to Easy Pass Plus. For further assistance, motorists may contact the EXAT Call Center at 1543, available 24/7.
